Things I'm interested in:

• Video games - I play quite a bit of Overwatch with my wife and siblings, but I really like to play story driven epics like God of War, Ghost of Tsushima, Horizon, Zelda (any and all, except maybe the CD-i games), and The Last of Us games. There's an emotional connection to video games that have excellent stories that movies or books can't do. Sure, they can bring you things that video games can't, but when you're playing as the main character of a story, it's exciting in its own way to see it unfold.

• Books - I mostly read Science Fiction and Fantasy. My favorites so far have been, A Wizard of Earthsea, Hyperion, The Name of the Wind, Hail Mary, The Shining, A Song of Ice and Fire series, Misery (Stephen King), A Knight of the Seven Kingdoms, and many more.

• Music - I love progressive rock. I specifically like bands that have a higher pitched vocal with heavy rhythm guitars and awesome lead. My favorite bands are Coheed and Cambria, Fair to Midland, Dredg, Depswa, Ra, Russian Circles, and Scale the Summit.

• Hiking - Nothing like a good hike with a destination in mind. Most of the time the destination is the peak. I go with my dad and brother at least once a year it seems.
